Recharge with low-fat milk
SAMMY Award winners know that low-fat milk is a natural protein drink. And chocolate milk low fat has become a staple on the tables of many athletes in training. Not only does chocolate milk provide protein to help build muscle, it contains the right mix of nutrients to replenish lost energy after exercise. And milk provides fluids and important electrolytes (calcium, magnesium and potassium) to help replace the loss by sweating, with the added benefits of their nutrients not found in traditional sports drinks.
